Mr. Di Sabatino provides management direction and leadership while actively participating in select projects. ISG specializes in high-profile domestic and international investigations as well as addressing the major disciplines of security design and project management of multi-user, multi-location security/surveillance systems for estates, campus, and industrial parks. Major disciplines of security are addressed that include but are not limited to security system design, TSCM, surveillance, counter-surveillance, access control, safe rooms and facility automation.
Director of Intelligence Support Group, Inc. (ISG), 1990-present, Mr. Di Sabatino founded ISG, a research and development, manufacture, and training institution. Marketing to law enforcement, military, and government agencies throughout the world. Responsible for US and international business development, while maintaining liaison with the China Lake Navel Weapons Center, cooperative research and development (CRADA) programs. Mr. Di Sabatino is also responsible for the design concepts of various electronic surveillance/intercept/security systems. He has extensive experience in working with senior level domestic/foreign officials within the intelligence, military, government, law enforcement community to design and procure equipment, develop training and maintenance programs. Office of the Attorney General, Division of Criminal Justice, Organized Crime and Racketeering Bureau, 1987-1990, sworn to office as a Special State Investigator in the state of New Jersey. Working in an undercover capacity assigned to an international organized crime investigation. Employed investigative tradecraft along with technical expertise in the area of electronic surveillance.
Member of Intelligence Devices Corporation, 1982-1987, a research and development facility for covert electronic intelligence gathering equipment and operations. Serving under exclusive contract with a United States Government Agency. Sources and methods were developed for tradecraft applications with the primary area of concentration in foreign intelligence applications. Strong capabilities in the area of technical operations for overseas assignments. State of New Jersey licensed private detective, 1976-1982, specialized in providing investigative services to attorneys involved in both civil and criminal matters. Areas of concentrations: surveillance, truth and deception analysis (lie detection), technical security counter measures, undercover and background investigations, executive protection and transportation. Mr. Di Sabatino developed a commercial security alarm division specializing in custom CCTV systems and digital reporting devices to support larger security firms.

POSITIONS: Appointed as an aide to the Sheriff of Essex County, New Jersey. Responsible for the recommendation of various types of electronic surveillance equipment, and electronic countermeasures within the department. Appointed as Constable for the Town of Bloomfield, New Jersey. Under direction of the Chief of Police. Nominated to the committee of GOVSEC 2004 to review the status of and help implement the US Department of Homeland Security’s National Response Plan and National Incident Management System. Board member of the Counter Terrorism Research & Tactical Training Foundation a registered non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to counter terrorism awareness and preparedness.
